Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the entire UX design lifecycle, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery.
Design Strategy: Drive a comprehensive design strategy that aligns business goals with user needs.
Research & Evaluation: Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and thorough heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
Design Systems: Define, evolve, and scale comprehensive design systems, UI standards, and reusable component libraries.
Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior designers to ensure high design quality and consistency. Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and global stakeholders to shape the overall product vision.
Workflow Optimization: Translate complex business workflows into simple, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences.
Implementation & Quality: Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to ensure high-quality front-end implementation and precise developer handoff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Design Expertise

Core Methodologies: Expert-level knowledge of UX research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Design Standards: Deep understanding of responsive/mobile-first design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.

Tools & Technologies

Design & Prototyping: Figma (Preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, Axure, InVision.
Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Notion.
Research & Analytics: Hotjar, Maze, Google Analytics.

Professional Experience

Industry Experience: 5–10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
Environment: Proven experience working within Agile / Scrum frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading design teams or managing large-scale, enterprise projects.
Exposure to enterprise products, SaaS platforms, or complex domain-specific systems (e.g., BFSI, healthcare).
Familiarity with data-driven design practices and A/B testing frameworks.
Experience collaborating seamlessly across global teams.
